Volkan Alkanoglu is a designer based in Portland, OR. His work is focused on the pursuit of novel form through spatial, material, and technological explorations. Recent work has been installed in several metropolitan areas within the United States including Seattle, Boston, New York, Miami, Atlanta, Denver, and Washington D.C.
Within his academic background, he was the Graduate Director at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA, and taught at the Architectural Association in London, UK, Southern California Institute of Architecture in Los Angeles, CA, and Harvard Graduate School of Design in Cambridge, MA.
